Refund policy

We accept returns on full price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 14 days of purchase. Please note, Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged. 

For International orders, shipping, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Kalmanovich. 

Kalmanovich reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued. 

Returns are handled by the customer through BQB Express.
