• After wear, clean the shoes from dust and dirt with a soft damp cloth or a dry brush, depending on the material.
• If wet, dry at room temperature away from heaters and direct sunlight, using shoe shapers.
• Once dry, apply a thin layer of cream or wax (neutral or color-matching), let it absorb, then polish with a soft cloth or brush.
• Avoid moisture on the covered heel or platform, as this can cause deformation or delamination.
• To prevent deformation, especially with soft leather, use a shoehorn when putting the shoes on, and do not step on the heel counter when taking them off. This way, the shoes will keep their original shape longer.
• Avoid rough or uneven surfaces that may damage the platform or heel.
